COVID-19 News and Updates
Dear Grant Recipients
We need your continued help to ensure people with disability, their carers and disability workers have the right information and access to the COVID-19 vaccine in their community.
The Department of Health has issued its next COVID-19 vaccination – Disability provider alert 4 November 2022.
In this update you will find important information including:
· Changes to COVID-19 isolation requirements
· Commonwealth Vaccination In-Reach Program
· Extension of access to the National Medical Stockpile
· Consideration of good ventilation to help lower transmission risk
· Communications resources for the disability sector
This provider alert along with other resources and information about the COVID-19 vaccine rollout is available from a dedicated web page for disability service providers on the Department of Health website. This page will be updated regularly.
